Getting started is easy – and there is no obligation.

Step 1

Upon receiving your initial inquiry, we will contact you to have a conversation about how we can help. During that conversation, we will answer any questions that you have and provide information on our company and initial direction on how we can provide care that meets your needs.

Step 2

The next step is a complimentary in-home assessment where we visit the home of your loved one needing care. We will discuss in detail the services needed and ask questions to help us get to know the person needing care. We will seek to learn about their personality, interests and hobbies, and cultural background. After the assessment, we will work on creating your customized care plan for you to review.

Step 3

We will match your loved one with the caregiver that best suits his or her care needs and personality. On the first day, we will come to your home with our caregiver and make first introductions. Rest assured, our caregiver will have reviewed the care plan and be ready to hit the ground running.

Step 4

Stay up to date through our online portal. Use your private online portal access to view your loved one’s care notes, schedule, and much more in “The Family Room”.

It starts with a demonstrated passion for helping others. We look for people who not only have the skills and experience, but also who possess the values we think are critical to elder care: compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, accountability, and professionalism. Each of our caregivers goes through a multi-step interview process designed to identify only the best candidates for employment.

During the interview process, we evaluate each candidate’s personality so that we can expertly match our caregivers based on the needs and personalities of our clients. All caregivers also undergo an extensive screening process, which includes reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing.

Once hired, we invest in our caregivers by giving them access to a robust training platform through our partnership with CareAcademy, a leading home care training provider. Through CareAcademy, not only do we provide best-in-class training for our caregivers on all critical aspects of home care, but we also enroll our caregivers in specialized dementia training via CareAcademy’s partnership with Teepa Snow, a world leading educator on dementia care.
